Wie ist das bezüglich Corona Auflagen?
Aktuell gibt es keine behördlichen Bestimmungen, die das Event einschränken. Sollte es dazu kommen, dass Zuschauer nur limitiert oder gar nicht zugelassen sind, wird das Event verschoben. Die Zuschauer und Athleten Tickets erhalten dabei ihre Gültigkeit.
Gibt es wieder so ein hohes Preisgeld?
Ja, das Preisgeld bleibt bei der Elite wieder wie folgt:
1. Platz:10.000€
2. Platz: 5.000€
3. Platz: 2.500€
Intermediate und Scaled erhalten Sachpreise.
Was sind die Kosten für das Finalticket der Teams?
249€ / Team zzgl. Gebühren von Competitioncorner
Gibt es kostenlose Tickets / Vergünstigungen für Coaches?
Aufgrund der begrenzten Tickets von 1000 pro Tag, sowie dem großen Investment in die Räumlichkeiten können wir keine kostenlosen Tickets an Begleitpersonen oder Coaches zur Verfügung stellen.
Gibt es ein Vendor Village?
Ja, ihr findet die Vendoren auf 300qm direkt bei der Competition area.
Wie kann man als Volunteer unterstützen?
Wir sind dankbar über jede helfende Hand und benötigen insbesondere noch Hilfe in folgenden Bereichen:

Sind Hunde erlaubt?
Ja, Hunde sind auf dem ganzen Gelände erlaubt (innerhalb des Hotels bitte eine separate Anfrage an das Hotel stellen)
Habt ihr Hotelempfehlungen?
Wir empfehlen das V8 Hotel innerhalb der Motorworld! Es ist eis sehr schönes Themenhotel mit direktem Zugang zum Eventbereich. Darüber hinaus gibt es kaum Alternativen in der Umgebung.
Alle unsere Athleten und Zuschauer erhalten 10% Rabatt auf das Themenhotel V8 innerhalb der Motorworld. Die Kosten betragen 169,50€ pro Doppelzimmer / Nacht inkl. Frühstück und 140,50€ pro Einzelzimmer / Nacht inkl. Frühstück.
Abgerufen werden können die Zimmer unter: reservierung@v8hotel.koeln unter dem Stichwort RheinGym. Dieses Angebot ist nur bis 22 Tage vor Anreise verfügbar!
Sind Parkplätze vorhanden?
Ja, es sind direkt Parkflächen bei der Motorworld verfügbar. Allerdings sollte man als Athlet oder Zuschauer genug Zeit einplanen, da die Parkplätze je nach Besucheraufkommen knapp werden könnten.

What happens in case of COVID-19 regulations?
At the moment, there are no restrictions. But in case that no or just a limited number of visitors are allowed, the event will be postponed. Athlete and visitor tickets will stay valid.
Will there be cash prizes again?
Yes, the prize money of the Elite will be:
1st = 10.000€
2nd = 5.000€
3rd = 2.500€
Intermediate und Scaled receive non-cash prizes.
What will be the cost of the final ticket ?
249€ per team + fees from competitioncorner
Will there be free spectator tickets for coaches?
Due to the limit of 1000 Tickets per day and the high invest into the location, we are not able to provide any free tickets for coaches or accompanying persons.
Is there a vendor village?
Yes, you will find our vendors on 300qm directly at the competition area.
Can I support as volunteer?
Yes, we are very thankful for every person who supports us with this giant project! We need help in following positions:
Set Up on 6th January
Judges 7+8th January
Workhorse 7+8th January
Abbau 8th January
In return you will have free access to both event day, food during your shift and a goodie bag.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed within the entire area. If you want to take your dog inside a hotel room, please contact the V8 Hotel separately at reservierung@v8hotel.koeln
Do you recommend hotels in the area?
Yes, we highly recommend the theme hotel „V8“ within the MOTORWORLD, as it is a very nice hotel and there are not many alternatives around the area.
All our spectators and athletes will get 10% off the regular price. The rates will be as followed:
Single room per night: 140,50€ incl.. breakfast
Double room per night: 169,50€ incl. breakfast
You can claim your room at reservierung@v8hotel.koeln with the code word RheinGym. This offer is only valid 22 days before the event!
Are there parking spaces?
Yes, there is parking at the Hotel/Eventlocation available. However you should calculate enough time as it is not guaranteed that every visitor and athlete will get a parking spot directly at the venue.
